<p><strong>1. Direct Bank Transfer:</strong> you can choose an offline payment option via Direct Bank Transfer during the online checkout process.</p>
<p>Orders with &#8220;Direct Bank Transfer&#8221; will show an &#8220;On-Hold&#8221; status. <span style="font-weight:bold; color:#c00">Please submit your payment directly to our bank account within 24 hours.</span></p>
<p><strong>2. Amazon: </strong>you can choose pay via Amazon (with your Amazon account or with your credit card) during the online checkout process.<br />
After completing the online Amazon payment, the order status in &#8220;<a href="/my-account/" target="aa" />My Account</a>&#8221; will appear as &#8220;Processing&#8221;. Please wait for the confirmation of the payment receipt and order status to update to &#8220;Completed&#8221; which usually takes 24 hours.</p>
<p>We strongly recommend you register or log in Kudo3D website before proceeding with the checkout process. By doing this, your order will be shown in your Kudo3D account. If not, you can only receive the email notification with your order details which is difficult to monitor your order status.</p>
