Z resolution: 25μm

This is a test sample from Anthony Nowlan from Evolution Jewellers. It is mainly a test of printing small open holes. The depth of the holes is about the same as the width of the holes. This sample is printed with XY resolution of 26 microns and Z layer thickness of 25 microns. The exposure time is 1.2 seconds and it took 3,031 seconds to print.

We used resin from MakerJuice (with high concentration red pigment), which is the same one used for the mini figurines and graduation ring.

Prints with XY resolution under 37 microns were printed with the lens modification. Our standard printer without modifying the lens prints up to 37 microns. There is not much difference between 37 microns and 26 microns unless you want to print features thinner than a strand of hair.
